Common questions
How do I delete my account?
Open Settings from your profile tab, then choose Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile and content.
How do I join or leave a church assembly?
Go to Assemblies from your profile, browse open churches, and tap Join. Admins can remove members from the assembly detail screen.
How does the mission trip newsletter work?
Start a trip, capture moments each day, and generate an update when you are ready. We read your diary entries for that trip and write a shareable newsletter for your assembly.
A video I posted will not play.
Try re-uploading the video. If it still will not play after that, email us the details above and we will help.
Report a concern
You can report or block a post or a person directly from the app using the menu on that post or profile. For anything else, including safety concerns, email us directly.
